(Virtual Guided Group Coaching)

Within a virtual group coaching model, you'll join a cohort and together work with a certified Slingshot coach. They'll guide you through the IDEAS Framework and have access to all of our instructional videos, resources and activities to help you along the way.

1:1 Personalized Coaching

Sometimes that extra one-to-one personalized coaching can make all the difference. Within individual coaching sessions, get motivational content, practical step-by-step instruction and access to our coaching platform with videos, activities and resources to follow the IDEAS Framework.  Together you'll develop a plan for your future.

High School, University & Non-Profit Programs

We partner with high schools, universities and community-based non-profit organizations to implement our wayfinding IDEAS Framework to give young people purposeful direction for their futures.  

Self-Paced Online Course

We understand that life is busy and sometimes you just need access to the content so you can get to it on your schedule.  Our online course has all of our videos, activities and resources that walk you through the IDEAS Framework to develop a plan of purposeful direction. This is a great option if you need the flexibility to go at your own speed.
